Ingredients

  • Classic: Potatoes, Beef Tallow, Sea Salt.
  • Salty Vin's: Potatoes, Beef Tallow, White Vinegar Powder (Maltodextrin, Distilled White Vinegar), Malic Acid, Sea Salt.
  • Gnarlapeño: Potatoes, Beef Tallow, Dried Crushed Jalapeño, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt.
  • BBQ: Potatoes, Beef Tallow, Smoked Paprika, Maple Sugar, Tomato Powder, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Mustard Powder, Black Pepper, Cayenne.

Cooked in 100% beef tallow, never seed oils. No gluten ingredients. Not vegetarian (it's beef tallow). Made in a facility that may include trace allergens.

Nutrition (per serving, 10 chips / 28g): 140 calories, Total Fat 6g (8% DV), Saturated Fat 4g (20%), Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol 5mg (2%), Sodium 125mg (5%; BBQ 170mg), Total Carbohydrate 22g (8%), Dietary Fiber 4g (14%), Total Sugars 0g (BBQ 1g), Protein 1g. Awesome Chips!
I love these chips! I tried all 3 of the variety pack (Classic, Salt & Vinegar, Jalapeño) plus the new Barbecue chips. They all have a unique flavor. The Classic has that fresh potato taste. The Salt&Vinegar has the right amount of salt and vinegar. The Jalapeño has a light taste of garlic with the jalapeño. The barbecue has a hint of sweet though not too sweet. I like eating them separately or mixing it up with a few chips from each bag for a variety of tastes. The chips in the 4 ounce bags were large chips and thicker than normal chips. They are satisfying and filling so you only need a few chips to make you full. They were great for a quick lunch or snack. The owners are nice and customer service is great. I highly recommend this company and these chips. I can’t wait to order more including the new barbecue!

These FAT chips are amazing. They are not too rich and are thicker than your average potato chip. They are very hardy and you certainly feel less guilty eating them since they are cooked in beef tallow. I cannot recommend these enough.
