Fat Chips Shipping and Returns Policy

• We strive to fulfill in 1-2 business days for in-stock items and transit times are carrier dependent, but they typically range from 4-6 days in transit. Usually, you can expect your in-stock order to be delivered in about 6 business days. 
• Pre-Orders are shipped in the order they were received. 
• If there is a delay that is beyond our control we will reach out to you via email to handle the resolution.
• If a product is damaged or excessively delayed in delivery, please use the Contact Us page to reach out to us and we will do what we can to make it right.
• Due to the made-to-order nature of our production, we do not offer returns or refunds on delivered items. However, we genuinely want you have a great experience with our product so please reach out with the information on the Contact Us page to see how we can help.
• Any order can be cancelled or modified up until it has physically been packed and shipped by our team. This includes pre-orders, or modifications in quantity, payment method, and shipping address.
